Compassionate, evidence-informed grief support

You may be here because…

You’re feeling lost

Life doesn't look the way it used to, and you're not sure how to move forward when everything feels different.

Friends & family don’t understand

The people around you care, but they don't seem to understand what you're carrying, or why your grief hasn't simply "gotten better."

You wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again

Some days it feels impossible to imagine life becoming lighter, and you may be questioning whether this is how things will always feel.

You don’t have to
grieve alone

I have walked through profound personal loss myself, and spent more than three decades learning and helping others navigate theirs. I know that grief, whether from the loss of a loved one or a beloved pet, can leave you feeling lost, isolated and unsure of what's next. There is no quick fix, but there is a way forward, and you don't have to walk it alone. Wherever you are in your journey, I'll meet you there and help you take the next step.
